A Note on Discreet Shipping
One of the most common questions we get before someone places their first order isn't about the product — it's about the box. What does it look like? Who can tell what's inside? Will it show up on a shared package tracker or a family member's notifications?
Here's exactly what to expect.
What's on the outside of the box
Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging — no logos, no product illustrations, and no language on the exterior that indicates what's inside. The return address uses a neutral business name, not anything that references the product category. If a neighbor, roommate, or family member sees the package on your doorstep, there's nothing about it that stands out from any other online order.
What's inside the box
Products are typically wrapped or boxed a second time internally, so even opening the outer packaging doesn't immediately reveal the contents to anyone glancing over your shoulder. Any printed materials included (care instructions, order details) also avoid explicit language or imagery.
What shows up on your bank or card statement
This is the part people worry about most, and it's a fair concern. Charges appear under a generic business descriptor — not the product name or category. If you check your statement later, or if someone else in your household reviews shared account activity, the charge won't reveal what was purchased.
What shows up in shipping notifications and tracking
Tracking numbers and carrier notifications (email or SMS) show only the shipping carrier's generic language — package weight, estimated delivery date, and tracking status. They don't reference the contents.
Returns are handled the same way
If you need to return something, the return process uses the same discreet packaging and labeling on the way back, so there's no point in the process — ordering, receiving, or returning — where privacy is compromised.
Our commitment
We built this into how we ship from day one, not as an afterthought. Ordering intimate care products shouldn't come with anxiety about who sees what. If you ever have a specific concern about a delivery — a shared mailbox, a particular building, a workplace delivery — reach out before you order and we're happy to walk through the specifics with you.
